Zilker is located East of Barton Hills Neighborhood in South Austin. Zilker lies just South of Barton Springs Blvd and North of HWY 71 betweeen Barton Hills and S. Lamar. Zilker is a very diverse neighborhood encompassing homes, duplexes, condos and apartments. Properties date back to the 1940’s although many homes have been updated, remodeled or a new structure has taken its place. Zilker is in close proximity to many events and festivals that go on in the Austin area, allowing easy access. The Austin City Limits festival is happens in the Fall in Zilker Park and Auditorium Shores entertains live music and festivals year round.
