Travis Heights is known for it’s diversity, making it an eccentrically wonderful place to live. There is some old charm and new hip creations. This historic neighborhood is one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live in Austin. It is in close proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. Many in walking distance. Some of my favorites restaurants include Guero’s, Enoteca, Vespaio and Home Slice Pizza. Continental Club is one of the great live music venues in town. There is also Ego’s for live music and the Hotel San Jose for a casual upscale bar experience. An array of shops are close by like, Uncommon Objects, Farm to Market Grocery, Lucy in Disguise with Diamonds and Electric Ladyland, Parts and Labour, Pink Salon, Wet Salon and many many more.
Stacy Park is a wonderful oasis in this unique neighborhood.
