Cherrywood is located on East of IH-35 North of Downtown Austin. Cherrywood is comprised of lots of smaller neighborhoods developed between the 1930’s through the 1960’s. The homes in this community range in size from about 1000 square feet to 2500 square feet, many are built as pier and beam with wood floors. This is quite a charming section of Austin. Residents can enjoy the close proximity to Patterson Park, Downtown Austin, dining and shopping.
